I offer consultation for clinicians who want a thoughtful, collaborative space to deepen their clinical work and feel more supported in how they practice.
With over a decade of experience, my background spans high-acuity, trauma-informed care and large-scale clinical leadership. I began my career in New York City providing Multisystemic Therapy (MST) through a family court–funded program, followed by several years working in a domestic violence shelter supporting survivors. I later transitioned into group practice, where I completed my licensure and stepped into leadership — providing clinical supervision since 2019 and overseeing a team of over 100 clinicians as Chief Clinical Officer, and later Chief People Officer.
My consultation style is relational, intuitive, and insight-driven. I specialize in ADHD and neurodivergence (particularly in women), as well as healing relationships with food, body, and movement. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider.
In our work together, we can explore case conceptualization, navigate stuck points, process countertransference, and strengthen your clinical voice.
I also offer support for neurodivergent clinicians in understanding how their brains work within the demands of this field — developing systems, structures, and approaches that feel more natural, sustainable, and effective. This may include rethinking productivity, documentation, emotional capacity, and workflow in ways that support you, rather than working against yourself.
This space is ideal for clinicians at any stage who are looking for nuanced, nonjudgmental support — both in their clinical work and in building a way of practicing that actually fits them.
You don't have to have it all figured out to show up here. If this feels like the kind of space you've been needing, please reach out via the contact page.
