Rediscovering your truest self starts with getting to know the version of you that existed before the world's expectations.
Welcome to Weave The Path
I'm Christina (she/her). I lead a depth-oriented, neurodivergent-affirming practice for adults navigating identity, relationships, and healing within complex systems.
This is a space to explore patterns, make meaning of your experiences, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been minimized or shaped by environments that asked you to be "less."
Maybe you've spent years wondering why things feel harder for you. For many of my clients, this work is about questioning long-held narratives — realizing that what you've labeled as "being high-functioning," "just anxious," or "difficult" may actually be a logical response to your history, your environment, or a brain that simply processes the world differently.
Whether you are navigating late-diagnosed neurodivergence, unlearning complex family patterns, or realizing the life you built doesn't fit the person you've become, we create space for the nuance that rigid labels often miss.
How We Work Together
Working together may feel different than the therapy you've experienced before. I believe in a genuine, relational alliance and even that a bit of humor can exist in therapy. There's no "blank slate" here. My values, politics, belief systems? You have the right to ask questions. Healing is deep work, but it doesn't always have to be heavy — a bit of whimsy never hurts when trying to process a rigid world.
I draw from over ten years of experience and training to offer a specialized, eclectic approach tailored to your unique needs:
Neuro-Inclusive Support (ADHD & Neurodivergence)
We move away from shame-based "productivity" and toward a life that honors your actual capacity.
Blending neuroscience-backed psychoeducation and executive functioning coaching with depth-oriented approaches to help you understand why your brain works the way it does — and how to work with it.
Weight-Neutral Healing (Disordered Eating & Body Image)
For those navigating a complicated relationship with food and their physical self, I provide a safe harbor from a culture that demands you be smaller in all ways.
Grounded in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES®) principles. We focus on body autonomy and liberation, ensuring your body is respected exactly as it is today.
Relational & Systemic Depth (Self-Discovery & Identity)
We look at the "big picture" of your life to unmask the "you" that was traded for safety or acceptance.
Using Psychodynamic, Feminist, and Narrative frameworks to explore how family trauma, emotionally immature parenting, and societal power structures have shaped your identity.

The Paths
We can explore these frameworks through several different lenses, depending on what feels most supportive to your nervous system:
- In-Office or Virtual: Reflective and collaborative talk therapy to dive into the roots of your experiences.
- Walk-and-Talk Therapy: For those who find movement helps them process thoughts more freely than sitting eye-to-eye.
- Intuitive & Spiritual Tools: For clients interested in unconventional paths toward boundary work and self-exploration, I weave in nature-focused practices including astrology, forest bathing, seasonal rituals, and tarot.
Collective Liberation
Weave The Path Psychotherapy operates from the belief that healing and social justice are inseparable. Because mental health is shaped by systems of power and inequity, a portion of every session fee is donated to a rotating organization working toward collective liberation.
