Helping you find your way...
Neuro-affirming therapy for all Tennessee, New York, Florida, Colorado, Delaware, and Vermont virtually
A space that meets you where you are
Does this sound like you?
- You second-guess your reactions. You replay conversations, wonder if you're being "too sensitive," or ask yourself why daily life feels so much harder for you than it seems to for everyone else.
- You feel a quiet, persistent obligation to keep the emotional climate around you stable.
- You are caught in a draining, daily negotiation with your body, constantly calculating what you've eaten, tracking how much you've moved, and trying to conform to a culture that demands you occupy less space.
- Movement has turned into a chore or a punishment rather than a source of connection. This leaves you stuck between forcing your body into routines or feeling a deep sense of guilt and failure when your body simply needs rest.
- You notice the same patterns repeating in your relationships, or feel deeply misaligned with the life, career, or roles you built to satisfy the world's expectations.
This is a harbor to slow down…

Your therapist
Meet Christina
I'm your depth-oriented, neurodivergent-affirming, and weight-neutral therapist in Nashville, TN.
I help adults make sense of complex experiences, reclaim the core self that was traded for safety, and begin to feel safer in their own lives, choices, and bodies again.
My approach is warm, relational, and deeply collaborative. I draw from over ten years of experience and training to offer a specialized, eclectic approach tailored to your unique needs. We'll look at how your history, your environment, and societal power structures have shaped your identity and your relationship with yourself, going at a pace that respects your autonomy.
You don't have to arrive ready, and you don't have to have it all figured out. Sometimes the first step is simply knowing you want to live a life that honors your actual capacity and respects your body exactly as it is today.

Our approach
How we weave the path forward
Our work together is a steady, collaborative alliance where we explore patterns, make meaning of your experiences, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been minimized by environments that asked you to be less.
Whether we are unlearning shame-based productivity or untangling a painful relationship with food and your physical self, you don't need the right words or a clear plan.
We start exactly where you are.
In our work together, you can expect:
- A genuine, relational alliance: There's no clinical "blank slate" here. My values, politics, and belief systems? You have the right to ask questions.
- Attention to pacing and stamina: An approach that honors your actual internal rhythm, creating room where you can finally exhale without having to perform or mask.
- Room for nuance, humor, and whimsy: Healing is deep work, but it doesn't always have to be heavy. A bit of humor never hurts when trying to process a chaotic world.
- Support that works with your body, mind, and spirit: Moving away from just analyzing your thoughts, and moving toward understanding why your brain, your body, and your nervous system react the way they do.
- We use evidence-based, liberatory frameworks like Intuitive Eating, Feminist therapy, Narrative therapy, and values-aligned work to help you untangle systemic conditioning and work with your authentic self instead of fighting against it.
- For clients who find grounding outside of traditional talk therapy, we can also weave in nature-based and intuitive tools — incorporating mindfulness, forest bathing, tarot, and astrology as gentle pathways for reflection and self-exploration.
What's possible
What becomes possible when you stop conforming…
The core of our work together focuses on uncovering the person you were before outside expectations took over. When you step away from cultural demands that were never designed for your wiring, that quiet, relentless fatigue begins to lift. Choosing to drop the mask looks like finally giving yourself permission to breathe, recognizing that your processing style is not a defect, and learning to honor your true pace.
In practice, this shift changes how you experience your everyday life. Your body stops feeling like an opponent or a continuous problem to solve, transforming instead into a grounded, peaceful home where you can genuinely exist. You move away from forced self-reliance and learn to welcome connections that celebrate your fullness rather than asking you to shrink.
Whether we are unlearning the complicated rules of chronic dieting, rewriting painful family narratives, or learning to support an ADHD or autistic mind, this journey is about creating a life that actually belongs to you. You begin to move through the world with a sense of genuine ease, food freedom, and profound trust in yourself.

Collective Liberation
Weave The Path Psychotherapy operates from the belief that healing and social justice are inseparable. Because mental health, body image, and neurodivergence are deeply shaped by systems of power and inequity, a portion of every session fee is donated to a rotating organization working toward collective liberation.

Let's Start Where You Are.
After I reach out, what happens next?
If you're unsure about diving into depth therapy or addressing long-standing patterns with food and body image, that's okay. Many people reach out before they feel completely ready, and clicking a button doesn't commit you to anything.
If you do reach out, we'll start with a simple conversation about what's been going on and what you're hoping for. You'll have space to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether it feels like a good fit for you.
